How much sugar does each brownie contain now and will it help me?

We wanted to have the same great taste, but with less sugar – easier said than done! Luckily, we have decades of snack-making skills under our belts, as well as a great team of food scientists to help us bring our improved recipe of brownie to life. So, we reworked our recipes by decreasing the sugar and rebalancing other ingredients – such as increasing the amount of fibre taken from chicory root extract. You won’t taste the difference (feel free to try!), but you’ll know it’s there...Fibre One chocolate fudge brownies now have approximately a tsp of sugar per bar to help you eat less sugar overall. With experts advising that we stick to a limit of 30 grams a day (6 tsp), there's still room to treat yourself.
