- 1 Fibre One™ 90 Calorie Lemon Drizzle Square
 - 50ml double cream
 - 25g blueberries
 - 25g raspberries
 
Preparation
- Break up the Lemon Drizzle Square into small pieces.
 - Place the cream in a bowl, and whisk until soft peaks form (because it is a small amount, this will happen quickly so take care not to over-mix).
 - Fold the broken Lemon Drizzle square into the cream with the blueberries and raspberries. Spoon into a serving glass, and serve.
