Choc ’n’ Mallow Dippers with Hot Chocolate

These fun mini brownie and marshmallow dippers are the perfect sweet sharing treat!

  • 2  Fibre One™ 90 Calorie Triple Chocolate Cake Bars (25g each)
  • 24  mini marshmallows (7g)
  • 100ml skimmed milk
  • 3  heaped teaspoons hot chocolate powder (20g)
  • 1  medium squirt of reduced fat aerosol squirty cream (14g)
  • Ground cinnamon, to sprinkle


  1. Cut each Fibre One™ 90 Calorie Triple Chocolate Cake Bar into 8 even-sized pieces. Thread two pieces of the cake bar alternately with 3 mini marshmallows onto 8 cocktail sticks.
  2. Pour the milk into a microwave-proof jug and heat on Full Power in 20 second bursts until piping hot. Add the hot chocolate powder and stir briskly until smooth. Pour into an espresso cup or small heatproof bowl. Top with a squirt of the cream and sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Serve with the skewers to dip.


  • For fruity dippers, replace the mini marshmallows with raspberries or blueberries.
  • The dippers can be made a few hours before serving. Cover and leave in a cool place until ready to serve with the hot chocolate.
